Boltachan Dell is a modern, architect designed house with a 4 star grading. Sitting in a large woodland garden, the Boltachan Burn runs along the eastern edge of the property.

The property sleeps 8 with a flexible layout. Boltachan Dell offers

  • 3 double bedrooms (one on the ground floor and one that can form a twin bedroom)
  • One additional twin room
  • A box room with cot and 2 toddler fold out mattresses.

The large master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

The downstairs double bedroom has en-suite access to a shower room and another family bathroom. A utility room is by the front door with plenty of space for hanging wet clothes.

Bathed in light from glass patio doors, the open plan living space opens onto a large south facing patio.

An additional galleried sitting area sits above the living space offering fabulous views to the south. The stylish kitchen is very well equipped for family cooking and entertaining. The sitting area has a wood burning stove.

Bikes are available for use at guests’ own risk.

Boltachan Dell is within walking distance of Aberfeldy and the Aileen Chraggan Hotel which has a bar and restaurant. 

Aberfeldy has a wealth of shops including a large supermarket, butchers, bakers and Deli. Aberfeldy boasts various gift and craft shops, an award winning book shop and lots of places to eat. 

The town also has is a petrol station, medical centre, dentist, vet, banks and ATMs and Post Office. 

A wide selection of outdoor activities are available such as golf, water sports, fishing, walking, cycling, white water rafting and even bungee jumping. 

There are numerous castles and distilleries, a community owned cinema and Theatre. Various festivals and music events run throughout the year.  This great little town really does have something for everyone!

Water sports are available on Loch Tay and we also have the Scottish Crannog Centre with is a great attraction for all the family. Kenmore is home to the new Loch Tay Safari centre, part of the award winning Highland Safaris based in Dull.
