Saorsa is a stunning new build property located on the edge of the pretty conservation village of Kenmore, at the eastern end of Loch Tay in Highland Perthshire. This contemporary house has an ‘upside-down’ design to take full advantage of the wonderful views of Loch Tay and the surrounding hills, from the upstairs living area and balcony. The house sleeps 6, having 3 bedrooms (two king, and one zip and link). The master bedroom is en-suite and there is also a family bathroom. The upstairs living area is open plan and has a wood burning stove. The property benefits from garden areas at the front and rear and there are two allocated parking spaces at the front of the house. The house is currently under construction and due for completion by mid June 2017. It will be furnished and equipped to a high, 4 star standard and we will be taking bookings for August onward. Until the house is finished and we have photographs available, we are showing 3D images provided by the architect. Soarsa is the house at the west end of the properties (on the right in most of the images, next to the existing house). The garden will be landscaped and fenced which is not shown.
We require a good housekeeping deposit (GHD) of £150 in the form of a pre-authorised card payment. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
