Tursachan means ‘Standing Stones’ in Gaelic. This stunning 5 star property takes its name from the large Neolithic stone circle located at the entrance to Croft Moraig Farm.
Tursachan is a fabulous, newly built, 4 bedroom house and is incredibly spacious and airy.
All of the furniture and finishings are of a very high standard and the house is extremely well equipped. Every room has the ‘wow’ factor and is stylish and luxurious.
The living room has a wood burning stove, 3 large leather sofas, and 50″ TV with Sky. This lovely space has patio doors on 2 sides that lead out on to extensive decking with a hot tub.
Natural light floods into the dining hall from the glass gable end and galleried landing above.
The large dining/kitchen room has a beautiful oak dining table, an island with breakfast bar and a stunning natural stone floor. The kitchen is very well equipped and perfect for family cooking and entertaining.

For our guests who are keen cyclists, there is secure storage for bikes in the garage. There is also a pressure washer that guests are welcome to use to clean their bikes.
The garage can also store golf clubs, canoes etc.

With its large garden with a pretty burn, Tursachan benefits from a stunning backdrop of the Bolfracks Estate hills. There are beautiful walks from the door and the property is within walking distance of the newly refurbished Taymouth Castle Hotel and golf course.
The conservation village of Kenmore is less than 5 minutes’ drive away or a 20 minute walk through the Castle grounds. The town of Aberfeldy is about 5 minutes’ drive.

Tursachan is located close to Taymouth Castle and Golf course and the village of Kenmore.
Kenmore village has a selection of restaurants as well as a post office store and the Courtyard Deli.
There are 2 golf courses in the village as well as a riding stables.
Various water sports are available on Loch Tay and we also have the Scottish Crannog Centre with is a great attraction for all the family.
Kenmore is also home to the new Loch Tay Safari centre, part of the award winning Highland Safaris based in Dull.
The town of Aberfeldy is 5 minutes drive and has a large supermarket, butchers, bakers and Deli. Aberfeldy boasts numerous gift and craft shops along with an award winning book shop. There are lots of cafes and places to eat in and around Aberfeldy.
Aberfeldy also has a petrol station, medical centre, dentist, vet, banks and ATMs and Post Office.

Nearby are numerous castles and distilleries, a community owned cinema and Theatre. Various festivals and music events run throughout the year. This great little town really does have something for everyone!
