Beinn na Ciste is a modern, individual, architect designed house sitting on the hillside at Boltachan. It has beautiful views across Aberfeldy and the surrounding countryside and is within walking distance of the town. The living space is open plan and very spacious, full of natural light from the large south facing windows and doors which open out on to 2 large terraces with glass balustrade. The sitting room area has a wood burning stove and large flat screen smart TV. There is also an excellent selection of board games and books. In addition, there is a sunroom with lounging chairs, the perfect spot to relax with a book or just enjoy the view. The house is on 3 levels and of an upside down design, with the bedrooms on the lower levels. The master bedroom, with double bed, has an en-suite wet room and large patio door opening on to its own terrace. Down on the lowest level, we find the remaining 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 zip and link and 1 twin, and family bathroom. From here there is also a door to the integral garage which has been set up as a games room with ping pong table, Foosball and Air hockey along with a basketball hoop on the drive. Outside there is a lovely semi wild garden with pathways and a pretty pond, all fitting perfectly into the landscape.
The kitchen has oak units and granite worktops and is well equipped. There is a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and hob. There is a freezer in the utility room which also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and large pantry cupboard. At the back door, you enter into a very handy boot room.
