The large living space is open plan and full of natural light from the large south facing windows and doors which open out on to 2 large terraces with glass balustrade.  The sitting room area has a wood burning stove and large flat screen smart TV.  There is also an excellent selection of board games and books.  In addition, there is a sunroom with lounging chairs, the perfect spot to relax with a book or just enjoy the view.  The house is on 3 levels and of an upside down design, with the bedrooms on the lower levels.  The master bedroom, with double bed, has an en-suite wet room and large patio door opening on to its own terrace.  Down on the lowest level, we find the remaining 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 zip and link and 1 twin, and family bathroom.  From here there is also a door to the integral garage which has been set up as a games room with ping pong table, Foosball and Air hockey along with a basketball hoop on the drive.  Outside there is a lovely semi wild garden with pathways and a pretty pond, all fitting perfectly into the landscape.

The kitchen has oak units and granite worktops and is well equipped. There is a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and hob.  There is a freezer in the utility room which also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and large pantry cupboard.  At the back door, you enter into a very handy boot room.
