Yes, we provide good quality bed linen and towels in every property. We also provide tea towels and oven gloves.
There will be washing up liquid provided, along with a washing up cloth and sponge. There will also be a small supply of dishwasher tablets in properties with dishwashers.
Our arrival time for all our properties is 4pm
We ask guests to vacate the property by 10am on the morning of departure.
What is the minimum number of nights I can book?
The minimum number of nights you can book is 3 and this applies to all of our properties. You can of course choose not to stay for the full 3 nights but the price would remain the same.
Your welcome tray will include tea, coffee, sugar, 1 pint of fresh milk and some home baking or local shortbread.
No, the cost of heating, electric etc is included in the rental for all properties.

All of our properties have dishwashers.
The maximum number of guests per property is stated on each property page. Infants are not included in this number and an infant is a child under the age of 2 years. We are not able to allow extra guests as this contravenes the terms of the property owners insurance.
There are a good selection of shops in Aberfeldy and these include a large Co-op Supermarket, Butchers, Bakers, Deli and Greengrocer and a couple of convenience stores. In addition, there are branches of Royal Bank of Scotland and TSB, a Post Office counter in the Spar shop, a petrol station at the Co-op and numerous gift, clothing and shoe shops.
Yes, the local taxis service in Aberfeldy covers most of the surrounding areas such as Kenmore, Grandtully, Pitlochry etc. The number is 01887 820370. Booking is essential and we advise you do this well in advance.
Permits for fishing on the River Tay and Loch Tay can be purchased at Pets Ect, Aberfeldy. Guests at Shoreside can fish from the private beach and jetty at the site.
The nearest station is at Pitlochry which is on the East Coast line. You can get a train to Edinburgh from here as well as Perth, Inverness and London (Kings Cross). Parking can be difficult in Edinburgh so if you want to take a day trip, the train is a good option as Waverley Station is on Princes Street in the center of the city.
From Aberfeldy, it takes 1.5 hours to drive to Edinburgh city centre and 1.25 hours to the airport. Glasgow city centre or airport is 1.75 hours drive.
