Kirklands is a luxury detached house, sleeping 8 and is dog friendly. It sits in the hamlet of Weem, just outside of Aberfeldy, which is within walking distance. The house has many luxury features including a TV and games room with Pool table, luxury bathrooms, feature lighting, large well equipped dining kitchen and a cosy sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is driveway parking, rear garden with furnished decking area, small AstroTurf football pitch, outdoor table tennis table and a basketball hoop. This house is ideally suited for both families and adult groups as it really does have something for everyone.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin downstairs and the master with en-suite is upstairs. There is also a family bathroom downstairs and an additional shower room upstairs, off the cinema and games room. All of the bathrooms are of a very high quality with large showers, beautiful tiling and luxury features. The dining kitchen is spacious and very well equipped including an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob. The sitting room has a very comfy leather suite and an open fire as well as a large flat screen TV. Upstairs, the fabulous TV and games room really does have the ‘wow; factor with it fantastic red leather corner suite, feature lighting, large screen and a pool table. There is also access to Netflix and Amazon TV.

Kirklands is located about a mile outside of Aberfeldy and there is a footpath between the house and the town. The popular bar and restaurant at the Aileen Chraggan Hotel are just a short walk away too. Aberfeldy offers a wonderful selection of shops including a supermarket, petrol station, butchers, bakers, clothing and gift shops, galleries, the award winning Aberfeldy Watermill Bookshop, gallery and Cafe, and lots more. There is a leisure center within the Breadalbane Community Campus with has an indoor pool, Gym, climbing wall and lots of other facilities and classes. There is a great selection of walks in the area, some from the door and Castle Menzies is also just a stones throw from the house.
There is a large selection of activities available in the area such as golf, walking, water sports, fishing, shooting, cycling, horse riding and even bungee jumping! We have a number of awared wining attractions such as Aberfeldy Distillery, Highland Safaris and the Scottish Crannog Centre.
Both the East and West coasts can be reached within 2 hours, Edinburgh is 1 1/4 hours and Glasgow 1 3/4. The central location of this house makes it an ideal base for exploring more of Scotland during your holiday.
