The sleek and stylish kitchen is well equipped and has doors leading to the outside dining area, via a bridge. The layout of the upstairs living space flows beautifully. The house has an upside down design with 3 of the bedrooms being downstairs and the master bedroom is upstairs. There is also the added luxury of a steam room downstairs and the master en-suite has a large Jacuzzi bath. There is a utility room on the ground floor. It is very clear that a considerable amount of thought has gone into both the design and finishing of this stunning house and the attention to detail is impressive to say the least.

The wider area offers a selection of outdoor activities such as golf, water sports, fishing, walking, cycling, white water rafting and even bungee jumping.
