Tullichuil is a charming cottage sleeping 6 and is also dog friendly. It sits high on a hill overlooking the beautiful Tay Valley and the views towards Schiehallion are simply breathtaking. If you are looking for a bit of escapism, peace and quiet then Tullichuil is the perfect place for you. The style of this home is a lovely mix of old and new. It has a modern kitchen with an Aga, modern spacious shower room as well as a separate family bathroom. The bedrooms are bright and airy whilst the sitting room is cosy and more traditional. There is full, oil fired, central heating throughout.
There are 2 double bedrooms and a twin room with zip and link beds that can be made into a double bed. One of the double bedrooms and the twin bedroom have a wash hand basin. All three bedrooms are bright and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped having a dishwasher, under counter fridge, Aga, George Foreman grill and all the pots, pans and dishes you could need. There is also utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a fridge freezer.
The cosy sitting room has an open fire and lovely views. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player along with a selection of books , games and DVD’s. Please note that there is no broadband service at this property at the moment but the owners hope to have it in place in the next few weeks. In the meantime, mobile signals and 4G are very good.
Outside there is a large garden with seating and plenty of room for children and dogs to play. There are also walks from the door. The views are sensational! Access to this cottage is up a farm track so 4×4 vehicles are essential in the winter months if there is snow and ice.
Tullichuil is located close to Taymouth Castle and Golf course and the village of Kenmore. Kenmore village has a selection of restaurants as well as a post office store and the Courtyard Deli. There are 2 golf courses in the village as well as a riding stables.
Various water sports are available on Loch Tay and we also have the Scottish Crannog Centre with is a great attraction for all the family.
Kenmore is also home to the Loch Tay Safari centre, part of the award winning Highland Safaris based in Dull.
The town of Aberfeldy is 10 minutes drive and has a large supermarket, butchers and bakers. Aberfeldy boasts numerous gift and craft shops along with an award winning book shop The Watermill which also has a lovely cafe. There are lots of cafes and places to eat in and around Aberfeldy.
Aberfeldy also has a petrol station, medical centre, dentist, vet, bank and ATMs and Post Office.

Nearby are numerous castles and distilleries, a community owned cinema and Theatre. Various festivals and music events run throughout the year. This great little town really does have something for everyone!
